The thought of selling Calvin - my car for the last 8 years - has made me cry three times already. Who knew I could become this attached to an inanimate object?!
You've had that car for over 1/4 of your life.....how many other things do you have that you've had for that long. Probably even the majority of your close friends you haven't even known for that long. It's a little bit unsettling, knowing when a possession like that goes. That means you aren't as settled down as you were. As much as you love Africa, you love what you've had here......it won't be as easy to be in touch with this part of your life as you move on. But, welcome to this Great Adventure.
